To place your order, please visit Jen Hair’s Instagram or website to select the hair model you wish to order, and then email a comprehensive order to the sales team through direct message, Messenger, or WhatsApp (+84 967 69 69 96).

Our team will take care of you, give you advice, and guide you step by step on how to place an order.

Once you request a length, type, closure, or frontal, the Jen Hair sales team will send the price offerings suitable to the customer’s needs. Afterward, both parties will agree on the invoice for the final order.

You can pay us all or half the amount for products (for pre-storage orders), then pay the remaining amount when the order is ready to ship. You can make a payment via an agency or in USD to the company’s account via bank transfer, Western Union, Money Gram, Transfer Wise, World Remit, or coin.

After the goods are completed and sent to the warehouse, the employee will double-check the quality, color, and length of each hair; if a hair does not meet the requirement, the employee will send it to the factory within 3 days.

The order will then be sent to one of the three world’s largest shipping agencies (Fedex, UPS, or DHL) to dispatch the items. From here, it should take around a week for your package to arrive.

While hair distributors in China or Brazil classify hair grades by names such as 3A, 4A, 5A, 6A, 7A…Hair distributors in Vietnam will classify them by terms like single drawn, double drawn, and super double drawn. Regarding the difference between the three types, Jen Hair will distinguish the following:

Single drawn: The tips are thinner than the top, making it look scraggly. Also, there are a lot of shortcuts along the way.

Double drawn: The solid length is guaranteed from top to bottom. 70% of the hair is of equal length, so the tips are as thick as the top.

Super double drawn: The highest and most luxurious quality, as more than 90% of the hair has the same length, which makes the hair so thick and natural.

1. Conditions for return and exchange

• Goods are unprocessed, unused
• Goods have manufacturing errors
• Goods are returned exactly at the location provided by Jen Hair Vietnam within the allotted time.

2. Return shipping cost:

• Jen Hair Vietnam will pay for the return shipping costs when the goods were wrongly sent or had manufacturing errors.
• Customers will pay for the return shipping cost when the goods are defective or damaged.

3. Refund

• With items that match the conditions for return and exchange, Jen Hair Vietnam will issue a refund by PayPal or Vietnamese bank account.
